By participating in the "Hail to the Gail" Shirt Signing Giveaway, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Eligibility:

The Giveaway is open to individuals who make a purchase from the official Gail Lewis store https://www.bonfire.com/store/kaitscabin4fluffygaileena/ during the promotional period. Purchases made prior to the promotion are automatically eligible for entry. An alternative method of entry is available through the form online found here https://forms.gle/wvQiYKd6KuhXd5Jg6. Limit one entry per household.

Entry:

Each eligible purchase automatically qualifies as one entry into the Giveaway. An alternative method of entry is available through the Alternate method of entry form online found here: https://forms.gle/wvQiYKd6KuhXd5Jg6. Limit one entry per household.

Promotional Period:

The Giveaway will run from 12/15/2023 to 12/31/2023. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

Winners:

Five winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries. The winners will be randomly chosen on January 6, 2024 and will be notified privately through the contact information provided during the purchase.

Prize:

Each winner will receive a Gail Lewis-signed shirt. Tie-Dye artist Muzzy of Dye Muzz Dye will reach out to winners to discuss shirt sizing, coloring and signature preferences (signature on shirt and/or tag). Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

Notification of Winners:

Winners will be notified privately through the contact information provided during the purchase. We will make a reasonable effort to reach out to the winners using the provided contact information. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 1 week, an alternative winner may be selected.

Liability:

Gail Lewis is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. Participants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay, and misdirection of entries.

Privacy:

All personal information collected during the sweepstakes will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and will not be shared with third parties.

General Conditions:

Gail Lewis reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if it determines that any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control impair the integrity of the promotion.
